Rent is due monthly (on your rental agreement date). You can pay with check or cash.
No refunds will be granted.
PROHIBITED GOODS: Common sense and California State fire laws determine what may be stored. You may NOT store explosives, flammable liquids and fuels, toxic materials, perishables, liquids, or other items that require a controlled environment. You MUST remember to drain the fuel from gasoline engines before storage.
No open flames of any type such as camping equipment, cutting torches, kerosene lamps, candles, etc. are allowed in the space.
No sanding or spray painting in your space.
NO STORING OF ANY FOOD IN YOUR SPACE.
Observe the 5 miles per hour speed limit while driving in the Facility.
Remove all trash and unwanted items from your storage space. Tenant is responsible for off-site disposal of all items.
The Facility will be closed on all major holidays.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE: Lock your Space using only one lock. You must obtain insurance if you wish your property insured.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS: Report any change of address, phone number, etc. by certified mail or come into the office and sign a change of address form to keep our records current.
VACATE POLICY: When you plan to vacate, you must give our Manager written notice at least ten (10) days prior to vacating.
No unauthorized use of dumpsters. You must leave your space clean; for a fee you may use the dumpsters. There is a $500 fine for violations.
Actions and Charges: Failure to pay rent on time will result in the following actions and charges.
An additional $10.00 will be added to your account on the 11 th day of each month your rent is not paid in full.
Personal checks are not acceptable as payment on past due notices or upon move out by the Tenant.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Beware that pest control products may be in use. You are responsible for the safety of children and pets.
